Yes. You send an invitation and the person joins only when they accept it. Nobody is added to a roster without knowing, and there are no one-sided lists of verified people.
Yes. Each collaborator verifies directly with ProntoID, which is free for them. If they already have a verified ProntoID, accepting your invitation takes a few seconds.
No. Documents and biometric data stay with ProntoID. You see the name each person chooses to show, their role on your roster, and whether their verification is current. Their verified legal name appears on the releases they sign with you, because that is what makes a release worth having.
They can leave at any time without asking you, and the departure is recorded with a date. Leaving stops new invitations. It does not cancel releases they already signed: those are governed by their own terms, including whether withdrawal was granted.
A release takes up to twenty signers. Pick them from your roster, add anyone new by email or QR code, and each person gets their own link to sign.
Where a release covers sexually explicit content, ProntoRelease checks each signer's age against a verified record before allowing a signature, and refuses an unverified person. Being on your roster does not skip that check. What your own record-keeping duties are depends on your role and jurisdiction, and is a question for your own counsel.
