The trust layer

More than verification. Evidence you can stand on.

Most identity checks end in a pass or fail that nobody can show you later. ProntoID turns each check, consent and signature into a sealed record that the people involved can rely on.

The problem

A green tick isn't proof

Six months after an age check, a regulator, a payment partner or a performer asks: who was this, what did they agree to, and can you show it? A log line saying “passed” rarely answers that. Neither does a passport scan sitting in someone's inbox.

  • Checks are ephemeral
Typical vendors return pass or fail. The detail behind it is hard to retrieve later.
  • Consent lives in emails
Releases and permissions are scattered across inboxes, PDFs and chat threads.
  • Everyone keeps ID copies
Platforms and producers store documents they don't want, and become a breach target.
  • Agreements can be disputed
    Without a tamper-evident record, it's one side's word against the other's.

Under the hood

Built so the record holds up

The engineering choices that make a ProntoID record worth relying on.

Signed records

Records are canonicalised (RFC 8785), hashed with SHA-256 and signed with P-256 keys held in a managed key service.

Append-only ledger

Sealed records are appended, never edited in place, so the history of an agreement can't be rewritten.

Signed webhooks

Every event sent to a platform carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature the receiver verifies.

Swiss operator

ProntoID is run by Brooks & Keitt Sàrl in Sion, Switzerland, on AWS infrastructure.

Most providers stop at a pass or fail. ProntoID also covers what happens next — consent, model releases and signatures — and keeps each step as a signed, tamper-evident record.
Prove: confirm a person's age and identity. Agree: capture what they consent to, signed by both sides. Act: publish, pay or deliver with that evidence behind you.
No. Most start with age verification and add KYC, releases or ProntoTag when they need them. Everything runs on the same account and webhook.
