Yes. Consent to publish is revocable and we treat withdrawal as a right rather than an exception. On withdrawal the creator is notified and the approval no longer stands. The sealed record of what was approved, and when, is retained as evidence of what was authorised at the time — it is never a basis to keep using the content afterwards.
